I just wanted to thank you for your help and your book, as well as the help of others.  I've only been working with Crystal for a couple weeks but already I'm putting together some pretty decent reports.  My copy of your book is less than a month old but already looks dog eared and well used.  It, along with this forum are a great resource and greatly appreciated.  You can bet I'll be here often!
