Hello All,
We are developing web application using Visual c#.net and CR 11.
It was working fine in devlopment. My testing team recently updated their system(win 2003) with microsoft updates. After patches, they have installed this web application. surprisingly they are unable to see the reports(bar charts, pie charts, cross tab charts) . The text data (from datalist) is working fine. But the reports are not showing up.

Reinstall you app or the CR modules (the support site has standalone installation exe). Sounds like the charting DLLs either got corrupted.

Reinstall CR11. I don't have the DLLs names here (they are documented somewhere....) But you are also having problems with cross-tabs. SO just install the whole thing.
Oh yeah - are you using .NET 2005 with CR XI R2? You gotta have XI R2 with .NET 2005.

CR XI R2 is the bug-fix release so that .NET 2005 can be used with CR XI. .NET 2005 came out AFTER XI was released. So they had to go back and fix some things to make them compatible. You MUST HAVE this release to use .NET 2005 with CR XI.
