If you want to change the image at runtime.. this is possible in CR11....
there is a option when you add a picture in design mode right click it and goto Formta Object in the goto Graphic Location.. here you need to specify a parameter... and while runtime you need to pass the path of the image you want to change to this parameter.....

Im using the "Graphic Location", worked very well on VB6, but in C# did not work. The path is right, but nothing appears.
 
I read somewhere that the Visual Studio dont display external images, the programmer needs to enable it, at least in the Microsoft Report Editor (forgot the name).
 
I think there's a command for Crystal too.
