I currently have a report that extracts a list of licenses that are due to expire in 90 days from current date.  The report uses a formula to extract that data automatically.

I have 2 additional reports (one is a letter and the other is a form) that I set up to have the user enter the license number from the report mentioned previously  into the parameters box to print a letter then a form.

Is there a way to send the license numbers from the first report and use them in the additional reports automatically w/o having the user type them in?

.  I thought of using the same formula from the first report in the additional reports but I also want to be able to use the report on a standalone basis and not have it tied to the formula in all cases.  Is there a way to accomplish this thru some type of yes or no type question for the user to answer whether they you want to generate the letters and forms for the last 90 days or do you want a standalone letter and form.

Anyone have any clues?

Probably the simplest solution here is to embed the letter and form as on demand subreports in the main report.  Essentially, these are subreports that work like the group drilldown function.  They will only be generated when you click on them.

Personally, I haven't used them, so I can't give you a lot of direction.  But, that should give you a place to start in the help files.
