I have a user who is having printing issues with a Crystal Report. The application is FlowCal and every report but one can be previewed and printed. The report in question can be previewed but cannot be printed. Printers have been changed recently but Citrix has been updated and I have done everything except remove cookies, etc. from her Internet Explorer. I even cleared her report folder on the app server. She can log into a co-workers machine with her permissions and print the report in question without issue so that means it is something on her machine. Where should I check on her personal machine?
