Hi everyone,

I have a problem with a report I'm trying to put together, hoping someone may be able to help me :).

The problem is this;

I have a report with multiple groups, however some of the groups are split over two pages. I would like to know if there's a formula/something I can do to tell Crystal not to split a group over two pages. Here's an example of what the reports doing....

Page 1 ----------------------------------------------

Group A
Group A Detail
Group A Detail

Group B
Group B Detail
Group B Detail

Group C
Group C Detail
Group C Detail

Group D
Group D Detail

Page 2 -------------------------------------------------
Group D Detail

Group E
Group E Detail
Group E Detail

And so on...

Is there anyway to stop Group D splitting over two pages, without putting every single group on a seperate page?

Thanks!

Open the group expert

select the group level in question (i think you only have one group level)
click on options
click on options tab
check 'Keep Group Together' as TRUE (marked)
