Ryla, Inc., a leading provider of outsourced call center has openings for two Report Writers in their Kennesaw, GA office.   

The responsibilities and duties of this position include but are not limited to:

-Design and development of Reports and Dashboards using Business Objects 3.x

-Participating and supporting testing, production deployment and operations

-Evaluation of specifications for business requirements and processes

 

The skills, experience, and knowledge required to be considered for this position include:

-2-3 years of Report Design and Development using Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence Tools

-2-3 years of Business Requirements gathering, Analysis and Documentation

-3 years of Business Objects XI R2/3.x, Crystal Reports 9.0 or higher.  Dashboard Builder and Xcelsius a plus.

-3 years of SQL, T-SQL Development

-Strong, effective Written and Oral Communication Skills

-Strong Team Work and Technical Leadership Skills

- Familiarity with data from Aspect or Avaya phone switches a plus.

 

- Familiarity with call center operations a plus.
