Crystal Reports A3 layout issue in PDF format

   Hi,

We have developed a report in Crystal Report XI R2. We have published and Schduled it using CMC/InfoView. 

But the problem is half of the report is not showing if it has the pagelayout is A3 and the report format is PDF.

The options set in CMC:

Preferences:

Crystal Report Viewer: ActiveX / DHTML /Advanced DHTML  

                      (Tried all these three options)

Individual Report objects:

Process tab -> Print option

             Custom, 

             width 11 (inches)

             Height 17 (inches)

Please provide the solution.
