I am having trouble when inserted a group into the report on a datetime field. It's not grouping right, all the values in the detail section are different than the group header time. Just wanted to see if any obvious issues with grouping by datefield can be identified. I will provide more details to better understand if needed.

in the group there is an option for how you want it grouped, second, minute, hour, day, week, month, etc.
make sure you set that to what you need.

not at a machine with CR on it right now but in the group expert, open the group (double click on it). When the group is open there is either an option in the lower portion of the box to select the grouping or there is a button to open it to that option.  Is it there?
