This position offers you the opportunity to leverage your Crystal
Reports expertise in a unique environment, showcasing your innovation
and creativity to impact users across the country. In addition to
joining a collaborative, upbeat team, you will contribute to a queue
full of diverse and intriguing projects driven, in part, by our ongoing
growth. Your success in this role could set you up to pursue multiple
career paths, and along the way you'll support The MENTOR Network's
mission of providing people with innovative, quality services and
support that leads to growth and independence.
To be a good fit
for this opportunity you must have solid experience developing in
Crystal Reports, preferably Crystal Reports XI, and a strong
understanding of the development lifecycle. You should also have
programming experience beyond Crystal, including web-based applications,
SQL databases and SQL Reporting Services. Just as important will be
your interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with teammates
and the user community. We're looking for a flexible professional who
is open to acquiring new knowledge as well as learning new ways of
applying existing knowledge.
Founded in 1980, The MENTOR Network
is a national network of local human services providers offering an
array of quality, community-based services to adults and children with
intellectual and developmental disabilities, acquired brain injury and
other catastrophic injuries and illnesses, and to youth with emotional,
behavioral and medically complex challenges as well as their families.
Our strategy of marrying our mission and values with business discipline
and capital creation is unique, enabling the organization to invest in
systems that make excellence possible -- and we apply those systems in a
way that directly benefits people with a range of needs, with
impressive results.
