I've gotten stuck and haven't got any ideas for feasible solution.

Below is the rpt i'm working on, my problem is that the not all the details for a particular details section are in one details section.

The "Detail 1", "Detail2" and "Detail 3" at the bottom correspond to the detail sections above them.

What are my options in regards with getting the report functioning? Sub reports? Don't think I can think any other way... ? But even in that case how do I pass the value from a specific details section and pass it to the subreport at the bottom? Can you do that in crystal?

Yes, you'll have to use a subreport.  You won't necessarily be passing detail information to the subreport, just the group info.  You'll then set up your subreport to be in "columns" by using the Mailing Label wizard and setting a custom label size, with the printing direction "Across then Down".
