to insert a table into existing report
in Field explorer right click on Database Fields then
select database expert

Well what i needed is to have records in a table format. Ex: as below

The result should be grouped by status and should be in a table format as below.

Status = In Progress

Product

Country

ABC

DEF

Status = Review

Product	Country
PQR	US
XYZ	CA
Cde	US

Status = Approved

Product	Country
direkd	BR
wkeke	SA
adfdf	FR

there is no table template in crystal. i wouldnt use a cross tab for your needs, i would draw lines and lay it out in a table format.
