Hi Experts,

I have an issue while running the Cr 9 report saying the error as
"Page size was not large enough to format the contents of an object in the report"

My report designed as :

Main report
RH --> Crosstab
PH --> subreport
D
RF
PF

subreport:

RHa
RHb --> Title
RHc --> Heading
GH1
D
GF1

The issue is due to large number of data, so the subreport in page header can't able to display it. So, i have changed the design to

Main report
RHa --> Crosstab
RHb --> subreport
PH
RF
PF
subreport: same as above

Now, iam getting the subreport values in 3 page with the header created on  2nd page. I need this to be in the same page.

Kindly help how to solve.

Thanks,
CRY_DEEPU

I don't have Crystal 9 right now, so I'm not sure whether these options are available, but it's worth a shot.

1.  Right-click on the subreport and select "Format Subreport".  On the Common tab, turn off "Keep Together".

2.  Go to the Section Expert and select the section where your subreport is located.  Turn off "Keep Together".

The combination of these two should set things up so that the subreport appears directly under the crosstab.

My report was configured to A4 format. I've resized to A3 and it was printed. Then, I could notice that it was missing one of the subreports links. I fixed it, turned back to A4 format and the report was printed successfully!
