I'm building a new report using cross-tab. This report is for our call center. I'm trying to get a sum of the number of wrap up codes used by the representatives between two dates. The two parameters i'm using are:

   1) Customer Service Rep

   2) Date

 

I've organized the Cross-Tab with the different wrapup codes on as columns & the CSR's as rows.

 

                                    Transfer    Hours    History

                             CSR1

                             CSR2

                             CSR3

 

I was able to get the parameter setup and working for the CSR portion, but need help with the parameter for the dates. To get the CSR's portion working, I needed to add the CSR parameter to the first column and take out the original CSR field. Since i'm not showing any date fields, i'm not sure how to handle this problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

 

I'm pretty new at crystal reports. I'm using Crystal Reports XI. I'm decent at SQL.
