Hi,

I have a crosstab with item columns
 
this is a formula @column

if test1 then 1 else
if test2 then 2 else
if test3 then 3 else
4

in the crosstab count of item

That works fine. However I had to add a subreport to test items. If they are not in the subreport they cannot be included in the count.
So I test items in the subreport and return a shared variable OK

I added a test in the @column formula if @ok = "OK" then if test1 ......

Now the count doesn't work (summary on a non recurring field)

How can I resolve this ?
