I have a crosstab in which everything is correct except one item where the sum is counted double (only one record in the table)

any ideas ?

What do you mean with 'enforce' ?

the crosstab has one column {type}

two rows {leac} and {doc}

sum of {amount}

eg.                                  S01 {type}

101 {leac}  501 {doc}  100 =sum{amout}
                    502            200
                    total           300
102             601              100
                   602             100
                   total            300

the only one wrong is 502, sum of amount should be 100 instead of 200

On the next page detail lines are displayed and doc 502 has a total amount of 100. (as in the table)
