Hi,

I have the following fields in crosstab

Acc_Count
hours
LOS

however suppressed LOS in grand totals section right click then format field --> click on supress and its supressing the field. The only issue here is when I am trying to export in excel sheet its messing up the format of the report and makes it looks weird.

Is there a way how to do without messing the format of the report ? Btw I use standard excel option not data only.

Thanks,

You might need a blank text cell to fill in for where you suppressed the LOS value. When you export to Excel, it looks at each cell as a placeholder in the column, and if one is missing things could get shifted to the left.

It would be helpful if you could provide a screenshot.

I have the same issue with a suppressed crosstab field and the export to Excel. Is there any way to force the program to not reserve a space for the Excel export? The crosstab screen display looks great but the export is a mess! How would I create a "blank text cell"?
