Hi,

Just wondering if anyone has successfully setup a Crystal Server to send scheduled reports from Office 365? Cant seem to get it working?

To access the reports I log into BMI (14.1) so am I correct in saying its Crystal Reports server 14.1?

So it's not really CRS, it's BusinessObjects. Same thing, different licensing.

There are a couple of things you may want to look into:

1. Make sure you have the right information for the SMTP server - you may need to use an IP address for this and not a server name.

2. Make sure that the folks who manage the Exchange server have it set to allow your BOBJ server(s) to connect as an outside source to send email.

Thanks its only a problem when you try to configure authentication. Relaying is enabled and working but for O365 to relay to an external domain you need to authenticate. Once I enable login or basic auth it doesn't send
