I'm trying to find out if there is a facility that will allow a user to launch a report without having Crystal knowledge. Basically a 'Runtime' option. I'm looking to provide a label generation capability in the shop.

There are several 3rd-party report viewers listed at: http://www.kenhamady.com/bookmarks.html These allow you to run a report without needing the full Crystal Designer.
