Sorry for not answering you sooner. I've not checked on this post for awhile.

 

The crystal report that was created was using an object view from a program. There must be something extra in that object view. What I ended up doing is change the whole crystal report to use tables and that solved my problem.

Do you or anyone know how to group on multiple fields? I need to group my detail lines on 2 fields. I have read that you could do something with formula to group 2 fields but I don't know how.
