Our company has been using Crystal reports 8.5 for quite sometime and just recenlty the new computers have Crystal Reports 10. Some employees have it and some don't, so I was just wondering is it possible to pull the information into 8.5.

No.  There were MAJOR changes to the internal structures of the .rpt file in version 9 and later.  They are not backward compatibly to version 8.5.

Yes, backward compatibility from version 10 to 8.5 is not possible.
 
Note: Reports developed on 10 can be edited in 11.
