Hi All,

Sorry if this is either posted in the wrong section, or a very stupid question, but I'm very new to Crystal Reports and am fighting my way round in the dark a bit!.Embarrassed

I've created a simple report which has 3 fields for a sales person. They are:
Vertical Market, Name and County

The report was created using the report wizard in Crystal Reports XI (the add on which comes with the Maximiser CRM software, so only runs on Maximiser).

Currently the data is being grouped by the 'vertical market' column, but I'd now like to further sort the data firstly by County, and then by customer name.

Is this done by the wizard, or by another means?.

Cheers.

In Crystal, click on the Sort button - if memory serves me (I'm not on my work computer which is where Crystal is installe) this is a button with the letters A and Z on it.  You'll see your group in there.  Underneath the group, you can add sorts on other fields in the report.
