I am new to crystal report. one of our crystal report which is on share drive run by different user and exported in excel csv file few people gets header and data in same line and few people gets header in one line and details below it (that what it should be). On screen report is ok so I am not able to understand what is wrong and where should I check.

Could you please guide me where should I check?
