I have installed a 30-day trial of CR 2008 and have tried to connect to our Visual FoxPro database without success. When I create a blank report the Database Expert dialog box opens but I can't find VFP in any of the available database lists.

I also tried to connect to the database using Excel but had the same problem.  I wanted to attach a screen dump of the ODBC data sources available on my PC, but can't see where to do this. The drivers I have are dBase, Excel, Access, Paradox and Visio.  Do I need another data source for VFP?  I'm running Windows XP Pro.

Hoping someone can assist, please!  Smile

We connect to an old version of VFP.  We had to download the VFP 6.01.8629.01 ODBC driver from Microsoft (running XI).  It worked for us.

Lots of Luck.

Thanks for your suggestions guys. I tried the dBase option but it didn't work so will download the driver and try that.
