Hi,
I need a formula which allows the date to be grouped monthly or weekly based on the parameter. I have tried everything and hardly found any information for date to be grouped weekly. I know there is a month(x) function to change it to month..but no WEEK!!! why??  Thanks! |

Enter the Group Expert and highlight the Date Group you have defined in the Group By window. Click Options. Use the bottom drop down box to change it to for each week. ------------- |< /\ '][' ( ) |

| Frn, Thanks. I know about the selection in grouping field for date. My question was how do you use both? It will let me either group the date by Month OR Week. I need both and depending on the parameter chosen, it will display report for that particular date group type. |
