Hi,

I have an issue with Crystal Reports XI and export to mapi, more specifically outlook 2003 using an exchange server.
The issue is that on some clients, the user cannot access their address book when they export to mapi.
The clients have the crystal report runtime deployed using the merge modules that have been updated to service pack 3.
The developer machines are using the same service pack and do not have issues accessing the address book.

Has anyone encountered this problem before?
I'm thinking there is a dll link that is fu-barred somewhere.

I know this is an old post but I'm encountering the same issue.
 
Does anyone have an idea for a solution?
