Hi, i wanna print envelopes in crystal reports, but in preview it appears like a A4 paper, what could be the problem?

In Page Setup, what paper size is the report set to?

It's set to a custom paper, of 152 mm weight and 123 mm Height, but the preview appears like a a4. My temporal solution was set to Letter Paper Size, group by name the datasource, every group in distinct page and ....put the paper centered in the printer....very obvious . Thanks and apologize
