Hi, Im fairly new to Crystal Reports, but am loving its use!

My reports consist of previous year sales, and current year sales. I update the reports every month to add to the report newly generated sales data. However, i dont require a re-run of the whole report on refresh. It would certainly make things go faster, even if i were only to refresh the data for the current year, and have previous year data stay there where it is! (as i eventually export all data - last year/this year - to Access as a table, and then to Excell as a pivot table from access)
 
ANY SUGGESTIONS MUCH APPRECIATED!!!

Sorry, that's the way Crystal works.  There is no way to selectively refresh just part of th data.
