Hi

I'm delveoping reports using Crystal Report XI R in my development server. After this, I need to deliver all the reports to other servers for testing and production. Now I am changing Datasource details (am using Oracle  server connection to connect Oracle  DB) when I put in other servers by opening reports. Is there any way to update the datasource location once for all reports??

Hi,

To change data source from test environment into production after test completed...
 
Select database from menu--> select set datasource location --> select the view from the report click properties.... it tell you where the data come from......below box...choose consistent view from the test environment then click update... it will replace the view from production with the view from test environment.... that the way how to switch data between two database. Hopefully it help.
