Hello Folks,
                    I have a report which is having a pie chart with onchange of as auditstatus and show values as totalbilled. Everything is fine The labes shows the perecentages for each status. How do i  display labels with both values i.e amount and percentages? Can any one throw some light on this..

Right click on the chart and select chart options
go to the Data Labels tab
mark Show Values as True
select on or outside slices
mark As percentage as True

Thanks for getting back. I think you had mentioned it for the legend. In the legend am able to see both the values and percentages. But i need to display it along with the labels. i.e. around the Auditstatus it shows only number but not percentage. Looks like you can either select between two but not both.Any ideas ?

My suggestion is for the slices not the legend. I am using version XI

When i right  click on outside slice it says format pie slice,chart options and series option. chart options i have already changed by changing the datalabelsas you mentioned. But series options has show values,show labes and both are checked. Am using Crystal XI as well. Is there anything that am missing?

don't select the slice, select the whole chart then select Chart Options

This topic has the same question I need an answer on.

however, I want to show Values and Percents in the body of the pie chart and also in the legend. The legend is working great , it has separate check boxes for values and percents. In the Data Labels tab of chart options, it toggles between percents and values, but not both. how do I get both values and percents in the body of the chart. by the slices
