I want a Crosstab Report
Eg:

                2011/01        2011/02     Total

ABC           40000            60000     100000
DEF             5000                 0          5000

The ABC and DEF are my customer Names and these should link to my subreport. Is it possible to do so ? Also, if I click on ABC it should show only ABC's detail data on my subreport.

I don't know of any way to include a subreport inside a cross-tab.

Would it be possible for you to simulate a cross-tab by using grouping?  At that point you can put the details for each group in a details section and "Hide" it.  When you use Hide instead of Suppress, users can double-click on the group name and Crystal will show the details below that section.
