Hi:

I have a report which needs a page break after each record.  I need to total the records, which I have done in the Report Footer.  But the problem is that the total ends up on a page by itself, instead of on the page with the last record.

Is there a way to insert the total on the last page that contains data?

Go to the Section Expert.  Uncheck the checkbox and click on the formula button to the right of "New Page After".  In the formula enter this:

Not OnLastRecord

This will give you a page break for every record except the last one.
