Whenever I insert a field between two existing fields in my report, my column headers seem to shift when I export to Excel (data only).  Is there any way to prevent this from happening?

In order to export to Excel cleanly, your column headers and column data MUST be the exact same width AND the left side of everything in the column MUST line up.  Any deviation in either size or position means you risk your data not lining up when exported.
