I have a report with a dynamic input parameter based on a field in a table. The parameter allows for multiple values. The table has X distinct values in the field used for the input parameter. The input parameter is not displaying all possible values available.

Field values                     Input parameter available values
1                                         1
2                                         2
3                                         3
4
5

The report was created in 2008. The user is running XI. Could that be an issue.

are all the values valid for the data?
 
I have seen this before, and it seems that CR will only display values that will return a report.

There is a default limit of 1000 rows in a dynamic parameter. You can change the value by editing a registry key.

Running into the same problem.  Using Crystal Reports 2008 (Enterprise), accessing SAP ECC 6.0.  Several attempts on different reports/fields, return maybe a dozen items for drop down.  If I run the report wide open, many other reportable items show up.  any ideas?
