Hello,
Would appreciate any help... I have done a cross tab which is showing calls made by a third party organisation over the last 8 days however wanted to show dates whether there were calls on this date or not so didn't filter by thirdparty on the record selection and created a formula for the thirdparty and this is my row label and created a formula for the call ref as follows:- If {opencall1.suppgroup}='_THIRDPARTY' or{updatedb1.groupid}='_THIRDPARTY'then {opencall1.callref} else 0 and that way it shows all dates regardless of data or not. However I am getting a blank row for the calls that do not fall into the Thirdparty formula and I don't want to show this. I have tried to suppress empty rows but this does not work and if I suppress if the thirdparty is blank it suppresses all rows. I have included a picture or tried to not sure you'll be able to open this but I can email it.....please help. Thanks, Annette
