Getting error while printing crystal reports from Office-2003 computer..

Below is the error..
 
' non-negative number required : parameter name count'
 
Note: Works with office-2000 version.
 
Please advise if there are any paches were released for this error.

We are using Crystal version 9.1.

If you're using SQL Server 2003 then make sure you have SP3 installed.

No, we are not using SQL Server 2003.
 
 
 
This is first error message , we were getting when we tried to print crystal reports.
and we found some fix..and installed 'crnet11win_en.exe' then we got the following the error.
 
 
 
Please let me know what we should do to overcome from this ache.

What OP are you using on the machine it works on and the machine it isn't and are they 32 or 64 bit.

It's 32 bit..

Both working and not working computers is same..only thing we did we migrated MS-Office version from 2000 to 2003 and then after Crystal reports print not working..!

The only thing I can think of is that version 9.1 doesn't know how to talk to Word 2003.You would think it wouldn't make a difference but I can see where it could.
