"Error
Error in File UNKNOWN.RPT: Unknown Database Connector Error Details: CrystalEnterprise11.SessionMgr.1: Not a valid logon token."

How can i fix the problem, Is there any session property in Crystal enterprise server.

Yes, there is a session property in BO Enterprise which is passed to the various server processes that it runs.  By the error message I can see that you're on BO XI - which service pack/fix pack?  What type of licenses do you have - named, concurrent, CPU?

It looks like you may be encountering a timeout issue of some sort. The issue may be in the configuration of BO itself or it may be in the configuration of one of the Crystal server processes.  Do you have access to the CMC?
