pls tell me ho to export large number of records in excel from crystal report 2008 ......as excel has limits

does this option is avalibale in crystal report 2011


plss help

Export to CSV.  This will give you a file that can be opened in a version of Excel that will handle the larger number of records.
 
I do believe that Crystal 2011 will export to the more recent versions of Excel that have a higher record limit, but I haven't tested it be sure.

Crystal will export to Excel 2007 (and probably to to 2010, but not officially supported).

Crystal 2011 (as well as several 3rd-party Crystal Viewers/Schedulers) indeed support export to .xlsx format (allowing for more than 1 million records and also requiring less disk space).
