Hi,
I am working on a .net application which has crystal reports generated dynamically. In the crystal report viewer options I put in PrintMode ="ActiveX" which brings up the Print Dialog box directly upon the click of "Print" button on the viewer's toolbar.
Now When I click on print when the dialog shows up, my entire application either refreshes or it closes down the application all together.
The crystal report is embedded in a user control.
Please advise.

Does the user have the ActiveX print component installed? If not, that could be what's causing the problem.
