Creating Info View Link in cr2008

I have installed in CT2008 server in my server machine and i will publish the reports in server. Once I will publish the reports I will share info view link to users for accessing the reports but the info view link will be like this http://crreports.smgroup.com.%20when/ - http://crreports.smgroup.com.  When the user entered this link in their browser, info view login screen should appear. How I can change info view link into above format?

my actual infoview link is below
 
http://192.10.30.14:8080/businessobjects/enterprise435/InfoView/logon/logon.object - http://192.10.30.14:8080/businessobjects/enterprise435/InfoView/logon/logon.object
 
please help me to reslove this issue
