I have grouped my dates based only on the Months of the year namely, 3/2011, 4/2011.. and so on. The issue is that when the group consists of months spanning over a couple of years - say between 3/2011 and 4/2012, in the grouping/drill down area of the report, the months are sorted by the Month and then by Year (3/2012 after 3/2011) instead of grouping by Year first and then by Month (3/2011, 4/2011). I tried to get only the month in the DatePart fomula in the Formula Workshop (to customize the group name). But I still get the same sorting. Can someone help, please?

create a forula to group by, that has a combo of both the month+year
