My question is can I programme crystal to automatically shift the 2nd/3rd subreport and the remaining fields down if the 1st subreport grows, and the same logic then if the 2nd/3rd subreports grow can i shift all fields under the reports down so that the data displayed does not overlap? Thanks Replies: Posted By: kevlray Date Posted: 11 Apr 2012 at 4:30am No, you have to put them in different sections.  It is easy enough to add a section.  I once had a report with 26 subreports in multiple report footer sections.
