Hi all, I've got a web application that has a crystal reports viewer. It works really well and has been for a couple of years now. I've got one user that can run the report but now when they export to PDF or go to print they get a blank screen. It quickly flashes up with what looks like a flash type control and shows 0% then disappears to a blank screen. I'm guessing it's trying to install something but can't. Any ideas of what it is trying to install? Can I do this manually? Any help much appreciated. Cheers, David. |

Found what the problem was. Nothing to do with Crystal in the end. There was something wrong with the adobe plugin for IE. Installed the latest acrobat and Bob's ya uncle. Working again! |
