Can you set up an ODBC connection to it?  Or is there a web service available?  Some of this also depends on which version of Crystal you're using.

The version i am using is the newest. I didn't know how to do it using the web services. I didn't know what to put for the http(s) schema url. It is not on the internet but on the server. it is a file on the server accessed through a browser

It sounds like there probably isn't a web service available to get the data.  So, you'll have to look into setting up an ODBC connection.
