Hi All,

I've never tried this until now and it appears I cant use an Access Query as the database for a crystal report.

Is this accurate?

As a little background, I have several large history Access DB's with identical tables. I was thinking I could create a union query and use that query as the DB for a crystal report in order to pull all the data together in a single report.

Can this be done? If so, any trick to doing so? I'm getting an odd error when I attempt to set the DB. Crystal is telling me the DB does not exist.

I'm adding a new connection and browsing direct to the DB so it does exist.

NM,

Worked it out.
ran my query, then imported the query as a new table. assigned new table as the data source.

If there is an easier way, would love to hear it!
