I've searched all over the net for an example of how to create a multipage (12) pages using CR for .net.

Does anyone have an example or link I can look at?

My client (mother-in-law) really likes my reports thus far but wants to be able to print the 12 page lease.

How are you putting the text of the lease into the report?  My suggestion is to create a section for each page and put the text for a single page into the section.  Then right-click in the grey area to the left of the report and open the Section Expert.  Turn on "New Page After" for each section except the last one.
