I have to replace old logo's with new one's. They have to be of same size and postion. I tried giving the values and saved it. But after opening it again the value changes.

How this image was inserted ? Is it like Insert menu--Image or is it picking the image dynamically.

Which values - the image itself or the size and position?
 
Position shouldn't change, but size might change dynamically based on the image.  Instead of setting the Size under Size and Position, right-click on the picture and select "Format Graphic...".  Go to the Picture tab and set the size there.
