Hi,
 
We are developing Crystal Reports using Visual Studio 2008. Our reports have Report Header and Page Header sections. Can you help us to make these two sections static / fixed in position so that they both are visible always even the user scrolls the report down ?

Simple answer - you can't with the existing viewer component.  That's just the way that Crystal works.  You might be able to write your own viewer using report parts, but I'm not sure whether that will work.
