Hi ,

I am using crosstab to develop a report.
I want to display the data as below

Group Region Month1 Month 2 Month3 Month4
A US 12 11 14 10
A Canada 0 4 3 1
B US 25 21 20 5
B Canada 1 0 4 87
B India 2 65 4 5

But What I actually got is as below.
The values in the first column are not repeating for the second column values.
Since second column is a subset of 1st,it appears only at the row of last region(column2) for the group(column1)

Group Region Month1 Month 2 Month3 Month4
US 12 11 14 10
A Canada 0 4 3 1
US 25 21 20 5
Canada 1 0 4 87
B India 2 65 4 5

I really appreciate any help on this.
This is eating my head

thanks
Nikhil

Right-click on the Cross-tab and go to the Cross-Tab Expert.  Go to the "Customize Style" tab and turn on "Repeat Row Labels".

Thanks for the support hilfy..
However,Turning on repeat row label doesn't work here.

I was able to find a solution for this from other websites.
Create a new formula by concatenating "@Group+", mailto:+@Region - +@Region and then use this as the firstcolumn and suppress the column....

thats it..

thanks all
