How is it being opened?  In a web app?  A regular app?  Through Crystal Reports?

i am opening from crystall report installeed software on my laptop

Start page is taking lot of time to open

Once Crystal opens, go to the Help menu and turn off "Check for Updates on Startup".  That should help.
